What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Accounting Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Compare two AI-generated responses to the same prompt and decide which one is better
Work from the provided input files and read each model's reasoning / thought process to inform your judgment
Clearly explain why one output outperforms the other, citing correctness, standards compliance (GAAP/IFRS), and quality of reasoning
Provide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behavior
Remote, independent contractor engagement through Gridnaut Recruiting.

Compensation

Pay is $85/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
