What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Agent Engineer contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, project-based, and self-paced.

Who we're looking for

Shipped an agent that real users depended on, and been on the hook when it broke
Figured out how to tell whether an agent got better or worse after a change
Run agents that outlive a single request, such as scheduled jobs, long-running work, or cloud sandboxes
Watched your organization build an internal assistant and seen who adopted it and who did not

Compensation

Compensation is a fixed project fee in the $100–$500 range, paid on completion. Strong contributors may be offered additional engagements.

Commitment

Project-based engagement, fully remote. Fixed-fee deliverable.
