What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote AI Developer Trace Task Auditor contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

3+ years professional software development experience
Used AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
Strong code-reading and debugging skills
Evaluated or graded AI-generated code (preferred)
Experience with Kiro or CodeCatalyst (preferred)

Compensation

Pay range is $70–$90/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
