Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote AI Safety Experts — English & Malayalam contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Location: Remote Fluent Language Skills Required: English & Malayalam.
All work is text-based, and participation in higher-sensitivity projects is optional and supported by clear guidelines and wellness resources.

Compensation

Pay range is $16–$22/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
