Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Attorney / Legal Expert (Real Estate / Energy) - AI Training Project contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

JD from ABA-accredited US law school
Active US bar license (attorney roles)
Experience in real estate or energy law
Based in the United States
Familiar with leases, easements, deeds

Compensation

Pay range is $50–$150/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
