What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Benefit Navigation expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Review and validate evaluation rubrics for accuracy and real-world relevance
Assess AI-generated benefits-navigation scenarios used to inform a synthetic dataset
Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, ambiguous, or potentially harmful guidance
Recommend improvements based on real-world benefits administration experience
Remote, independent contractor engagement through Gridnaut Recruiting.

Compensation

Pay is $70/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
