What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Bilingual Dutch (Netherlands) STEM Expert (PhD) — AI Safety contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across specialized scientific topics.
Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content.
Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
A PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field — ongoing or completed — with the depth to write prompts across chemical, biological, or radiological and nuclear subject areas.
Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands, plus business-level written English.
Currently based in the Netherlands. This role covers the Netherlands variety of Dutch specifically; a separate role covers Belgian Dutch.

Compensation

Pay range is $61–$65/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
