Bilingual German Generalist Evaluator Expert

Gridnaut Recruiting seeks native German speakers from Austria, Switzerland, or Germany to create German/English prompt-answer pairs for AI language model training and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design multilingual prompts with multiple constraints ensuring natural phrasing for German-speaking contexts
• Establish evaluation standards and develop rubrics accounting for linguistic nuance and regional cultural conventions
• Test prompts through models and assess outputs for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness
• Participate in QA processes to maintain benchmark consistency and reliability

Minimum Qualifications:

• Native-level German fluency specific to Austria, Switzerland, or Germany usage with strong English reading/writing
• Must be native to one of these countries with significant in-country experience
• BS or BA from reputable institution (completed or in progress)
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• Independent work ability and deadline management
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools
• Based in eligible regions or capable of producing regionally accurate German

Preferred Qualifications:

• Teaching, research, editing, or academic writing experience
• Experience creating evaluation criteria or rubrics
• LLM or model evaluation familiarity

Compensation: $25-$30/hour (USD)

Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week, 2-4 month project duration
