What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Bilingual Italian Generalist Evaluator Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Native-level fluency in Italian (written), specific to Switzerland or Italy usage, with strong reading/writing ability in English.
Must be native to Switzerland or Italy and have lived in or spent significant time in-country, with deep cultural and linguistic familiarity.
BS or BA from a reputable institution (completed or in progress).
Strong writing and critical thinking skills.

Compensation

Pay range is $25–$30/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
