Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Bilingual SWE ( Chinese, Japanese, Ukrainian) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Native or near-native Chinese, Japanese, or Ukrainian
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
2+ years professional software engineering experience
Experience reviewing technical documentation
Based in US, UK, Europe, or Canada

Compensation

Pay range is $80–$180/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
