What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Bilingual Turkish Generalist Expert — AI Safety contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

• <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>We're hiring proficient bilingual speakers (English & Turkish) to help make advanced AI models safer.
• You'll apply your language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate and strengthen how these models handle sensitive topics in Turkish.

Compensation

Pay range is $23–$27/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
