What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Central Bank Expert — Non-G7 Policy Communication contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

A former economist or adviser from the relevant central bank, or a senior local rates or FX strategist who covered it through multiple policy cycles
Professional fluency in the source language
Deep knowledge of that bank's reaction function and communication style, and experience reading it in real time
Typically 8+ years of direct experience, or unusually strong evidence of equivalent performance

Compensation

Pay range is $150–$250/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
