What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Certified CPT Medical Coder (CPC/CRC) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Active CPC or CRC certification (AAPC or equivalent)
Proven CPT coding experience
Strong ICD-10 coding background
Recent U.S. healthcare coding experience
HCC or risk adjustment coding exposure

Compensation

Pay range is $45–$65/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
