What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Chemicals Safety for Redteaming contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, project-based, and self-paced.

Who we're looking for

Write challenging single-turn prompts in your domain, labelled across three levels: benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
Evaluate the responses that come back against a defined policy standard, and judge whether each was handled correctly.
Write the reference answer — what a correct response looks like, and the technical reasoning for why.
Chemical Defense Researcher (USAMRICD, DoD, CDC) — toxicological agents and medical countermeasures.
Synthetic / Process Chemist — route design, reaction engineering and scale-up.

Compensation

Compensation is a fixed project fee in the $65–$75 range, paid on completion. Strong contributors may be offered additional engagements.

Commitment

Project-based engagement, fully remote. Fixed-fee deliverable.
