What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Child & Adolescent Mental Health Clinical Advisor (AI Safety Benchmark Project) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

MD, DO, PhD, or PsyD in mental health
Child/adolescent clinical or research experience
Expertise in suicide prevention or self-harm assessment
10–15 hours/week availability
Experience with digital mental health or AI preferred

Compensation

Pay range is $80–$150/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
