What You'll Do:
- Assess AI-generated materials covering clean energy deals including tax equity and transferable tax credits
- Deliver structured feedback addressing accuracy, thoroughness, and practical usefulness
- Flag errors, contradictions, or potential concerns and recommend corrections
- Follow defined evaluation protocols and documentation procedures
- Communicate asynchronously with team members while meeting weekly targets
Who We're Looking For:
- JD and active law license
- 3+ years in clean energy transactions or project finance law
- Experience with tax equity or transferable tax credits
- Background in transactional or corporate legal work
- Available approximately 10 hours/week, can start immediately
