What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Clinical Survey Research & Methodology Expert (Physician / PhD) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Design, develop, and refine physician-facing surveys across various diseases and therapeutic areas.
Review survey questions for clinical accuracy, medical relevance, clarity, and appropriateness for the intended physician audience.
Translate complex clinical concepts and research objectives into well-structured, unbiased survey questions.
Apply established market research methodologies to improve questionnaire design, response options, survey flow, and data quality.
Remote, independent contractor engagement through Gridnaut Recruiting.

Compensation

Pay is $200/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.
