What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Code Plan Reviewer (Plans Examiner) — Vulcan contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Currently or recently held a role reviewing permit drawing sets for code compliance, such as plans examiner, private provider plan reviewer or code consultant.
Have ICC Building Plans Examiner certification (B1, B2 or B3), or current/recent AHJ or third-party plan-review employment.
Have at least 3 years in the role, be US-based, and work in US model-code jurisdictions; 8 or more years is preferred.
Be able to mark up and measure a plan set.
Use Bluebeam Revu or an equivalent tool.

Compensation

Pay range is $45–$60/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
