Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Commerce Specialist — Consumer AI Agents contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for e-commerce and retail operations professionals to help train consumer-facing AI shopping and product agents.
You'll evaluate AI performance on product categorization, catalog management, merchandising recommendations, and consumer purchase workflows.
The ideal candidate is a retail merchandising manager or e-commerce catalog specialist with hands-on experience in product operations — think Amazon vendor ops, Target buying, or similar large-scale r
You know how product data flows from suppliers to consumers and can assess whether AI-generated product insights are commercially sound.

Compensation

Pay range is $47–$55/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
