What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Commercial Blasting Engineer contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, project-based, and self-paced.

Who we're looking for

Licensed blaster or blasting engineer — mining, quarrying, construction, or demolition
Blast design and vibration control — timing, burden, seismograph monitoring, regulatory limits
Magazine management, inventory reconciliation, and transport of specialty materials
Storage compatibility, security, and regulatory compliance for a commercial licensee
Training, certification, or auditing of blasting crews

Compensation

Compensation is a fixed project fee in the $65–$75 range, paid on completion. Strong contributors may be offered additional engagements.

Commitment

Project-based engagement, fully remote. Fixed-fee deliverable.
