What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Commercial Insurance Broker & Risk Advisor contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Design realistic scenarios involving exposure identification, coverage recommendations, submissions, marketing, placement, renewals, and client servicing
Create work products such as coverage comparisons, renewal strategies, proposal analyses, exposure summaries, and client recommendations
Write "golden" reference responses at experienced broker and risk-advisor quality
Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics for accuracy, completeness, client suitability, and practical usefulness
Identify when model outputs overlook material exposures, recommend unsuitable coverage, confuse carrier and broker responsibilities, or mishandle account-specific constraints

Compensation

Pay is $80/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
