What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Compensation & Equity Expert (Total Rewards) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Built salary bands or job architecture from scratch
Designed or managed equity/RSU programs at startups
Led annual compensation cycles or incentive structures
Experience with 409A valuations and grant administration
Worked at Series B+ or high-growth tech companies

Compensation

Pay range is $50–$200/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
