What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Compliance & Financial Crime Domain Intake — Shape Upcoming Compliance Engagements contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Complete a roughly 15-minute written intake about your compliance practice.
Describe day-to-day workflows, time allocation, and the workflows core to your role.
Explain how experienced practitioners divide the field from the inside, including the cuts insiders use.
Give concrete examples of where AI gets your work wrong and share the invisible parts outsiders tend to miss.

Compensation

Pay range is $90–$110/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
