What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Compliance Officers contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

4+ years in compliance or regulatory enforcement
Experience as Compliance Officer, Analyst, or Manager
Background in licensing, permit, or eligibility review
Strong written English communication skills
Available 20+ hours/week, immediate start

Compensation

Pay range is $70–$110/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
