What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Compliance / regulatory response with financial-services AI Evaluator contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

5+ years in financial-services compliance/regulatory response
Experience with AI in financial compliance
Fluent/native English proficiency
Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
Master's degree or higher (preferred)

Compensation

Pay range is $80–$120/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
