What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Compliance & Risk Specialist Talent Network contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Regulatory compliance or risk management experience
Internal controls and audit background
Available 15-30 hours per week
Strong remote work and communication skills

Compensation

Pay range is $60–$80/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.
