Construction / Project Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking a Construction/Project Manager to plan and direct capital project activities including scheduling, cost estimation, and contractor management in Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules and evaluate contractual scope
• Pursue change orders and prepare cost estimates
• Manage relationships with contractors and consultants
• Oversee quality control, safety, and project engineering
• Handle financial management and administrative documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Construction Management
• 5 years construction/project management experience in new construction, renovations, or MEP infrastructure
• 3 years in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 120 days
