What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Corporate Development contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Build valuation and merger models: three-statement, DCF, trading and transaction comps, accretion-dilution, cap table and equity waterfall.
Draft and compare transaction terms: IOIs, LOIs, term sheets, bid comparisons, deal structure and consideration economics.
Produce process and board materials: management presentations, data packs, buyer universes, board and committee decks, closing mechanics and funds flow.
Run screening, diligence and integration work: inbound deal screens, diligence request lists, findings synthesis, synergy models, carve-out analysis, and 100-day plans.

Compensation

Pay is $100/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
