What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Corporate/M&A Lawyer (France) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Qualified avocat/e (French bar)
2+ years law-firm corporate/M&A experience
Native or fluent French (written)
Recent in-house move only if from law firm
Experience with commercial and contract law

Compensation

Pay range is $150–$160/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
