What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Corporate/M&A Lawyer (Spain) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Qualified to practise law in Spain (colegiado/a)
2+ years law-firm corporate/M&A experience
Native or fluent Spanish (written)
In-house only if moved within last 2 years
Experience with commercial and contract law

Compensation

Pay range is $140–$150/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
