Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist — Document Understanding contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for experienced customer success professionals to help train AI systems on service-related document comprehension.
You'll evaluate AI-generated responses involving service level agreements, escalation documentation, support tickets, knowledge base articles, and customer communication workflows.

You know what great customer communication looks like and can spot when AI gets it wrong.

Compensation

Pay range is $43–$50/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
