What you'll do
Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist — Document Understanding contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.
Who we're looking for
- We're looking for experienced customer success professionals to help train AI systems on service-related document comprehension.
- You'll evaluate AI-generated responses involving service level agreements, escalation documentation, support tickets, knowledge base articles, and customer communication workflows.
- The ideal candidate is a Customer Success Manager or senior support professional at a SaaS or technology company, with deep experience reading and interpreting service agreements, troubleshooting docu
- You know what great customer communication looks like and can spot when AI gets it wrong.
Compensation
Pay range is $43–$50/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.
Commitment
Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
