Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Cyber Benchmark Pre-work contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Cybersecurity Engineer - Blue Team About the Role Offensive AI benchmarks are everywhere.
Blue-team evaluation is almost nonexistent.
We're building the infrastructure to change that — credible, large-scale benchmarks for detection engineering, threat hunting, incident triage, malware analysis, and incident response.
This role is for a practitioner who has lived the blue-team workflow and can translate that experience into rigorous evaluation design.

Compensation

Pay range is $85–$140/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
