Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Data Engineer (Coding Agent Experience) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

2+ years data engineering experience
Built ETL pipelines or data warehouses
Used AI coding agents (Cursor, Codex, etc.)
Evaluated model-generated data infrastructure
Experience with distributed data systems

Compensation

Pay is $80/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
