Sodexo is seeking a Director of Facilities Operations to manage facilities maintenance operations at Hobart and William Smith University, overseeing an annual operating budget of up to $9M.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct facilities maintenance operations including physical plant, custodial, grounds, and construction
- Manage an annual operating budget of up to $9M with strong financial controls and forecasting
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders on facility needs and value optimization
- Lead and develop facilities management teams
- Oversee construction operations and capital projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 5 years functional IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) experience
- Leadership experience with facilities teams and multi-million-dollar budgets
- C-suite stakeholder engagement experience
