Sodexo is seeking a Director of Facilities Operations to manage facilities maintenance operations at Hobart and William Smith University, overseeing an annual operating budget of up to $9M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct facilities maintenance operations including physical plant, custodial, grounds, and construction
  • Manage an annual operating budget of up to $9M with strong financial controls and forecasting
  • Engage with C-suite stakeholders on facility needs and value optimization
  • Lead and develop facilities management teams
  • Oversee construction operations and capital projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • Minimum 5 years functional IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) experience
  • Leadership experience with facilities teams and multi-million-dollar budgets
  • C-suite stakeholder engagement experience
