What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Discovery Interview — Professional Services Workflow Mapping contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Discuss which processes consume the most time across your portfolio.
Identify which processes are most repetitive and where persistent rework and pain sit.
Explain what varies across clients, engagements and departments, and what stays constant.
Describe what separates good execution from poor execution and what tends to get caught in review.
Explain which parts of the work must stay human and what regulatory or evidentiary constraints apply.
Point a follow-up conversation toward the areas where it would learn the most.

Compensation

Pay is $60/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
