Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Enterprise SWEs contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Systems + Build Toolchains: C, Rust
Enterprise JVM / Build Ecosystems: C#, Kotlin, Scala, Swift
Production Web + Ops Scripting: Ruby, PHP, Perl
Scientific / Quant Computing: R

Compensation

Pay range is $50–$70/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
