What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Executive Communicator contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Background: wrote CEO memos, all-hands updates, or speeches at a Fortune 500 company; judges tone well for an executive audience; knows what a busy reader needs in the first two lines.
Schedule: 5 hours/day, 5 business days for the pilot, ramping into an ongoing month-to-month engagement.

Compensation

Pay range is $70–$75/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
