What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Expert Interviewer contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Prior recruiting, interviewing, or technical-vetting experience; comfort assessing senior engineers.
Strong communication and structured judgment; able to run a warm, professional conversation and stay on time.
Weekday business-hours availability.
Able to commit reliably to about 10 hours per week, fully remote.

Compensation

Pay range is $50–$60/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
