What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Expert Specialized Systems Engineer – PHP / Fortran / Slang contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

5+ years in PHP, Fortran, or Slang
Experience with Linux and Docker environments
Background in web, HPC, or graphics programming
Able to commit 20–40 hrs/week, flexible schedule
Strong written technical communication skills

Compensation

Pay range is $100–$200/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
