Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Federal Certified Materials Specialist / Incident Analyst contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, project-based, and self-paced.

Who we're looking for

Federally certified explosives specialist or national equivalent — scene and materials analysis
Forensic laboratory identification of energetic materials and post-blast residues
Post-incident analysis and reporting for an agency or laboratory
Regulatory inspection of licensees and permittees — storage, records, and diversion indicators
Expert testimony or casework on energetic materials

Compensation

Compensation is a fixed project fee in the $65–$75 range, paid on completion. Strong contributors may be offered additional engagements.

Commitment

Project-based engagement, fully remote. Fixed-fee deliverable.
