What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Figma Designer contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Work with an AI Design Agent to complete design tasks and finish a partially completed project.
Have more than one year of real company or agency experience using Figma.
Have a strong understanding of UX design fundamentals and real-world designer workflows.

Compensation

Pay range is $75–$85/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
