What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Finance Expert (6+ Years of Experience) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Review and evaluate AI-generated financial analyses, models, and written outputs
Develop and apply structured evaluation rubrics for finance-related tasks
Annotate trajectories to assess reasoning quality and analytical accuracy
Provide written feedback to improve clarity, correctness, and depth of financial content

Compensation

Pay range is $90–$100/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
