Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Financial Analyst - BYOD contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for experienced financial analysts who have legal ownership over finance related work documents.
The ideal candidate also has experience through Mercor working on Rubric style tasks and are confident in designing LLM prompts and evaluating model outputs.

Compensation

Pay range is $150–$200/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
