Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Financial Crime, AML & KYC Analyst contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

<p><strong>About the work</strong> We're building a high-quality library of realistic financial-crime and KYC analyst work products.
You'll complete self-contained case exercises from mock files (no live-system or client-data access) and produce the analyst deliverable for each — the same work you'd do on the job, graded against a rubric.

Compensation

Pay range is $75–$100/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
