What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote General Clinician (MD/DO) — Ajax contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Develop and evaluate clinical AI systems using clinical judgment.
Work may include grading-criteria development, dialogue evaluation, and clinical reasoning annotation.
Review outputs for hallucinations, omissions, unsafe certainty, and unsafe advice.
Author guidelines and difficult clinical cases.

Compensation

Pay is $150/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
