What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote GPU Kernel Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

3+ years GPU/accelerator kernel development
Proficient in at least two: CUDA, Triton, NKI, Pallas
Experience with performance profiling tools (nsight, ncu, etc.)
Familiar with kernel compilation/runtime failure modes
Hands-on with three or more kernel task types

Compensation

Pay range is $70–$90/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
