Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Hematology / Oncology Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios drawn from your Heme/Onc practice (staging, treatment selection, regimen sequencing, toxicity management, end-of-life decision-making, guideline inter
Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality
Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics
Provide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behavior

Compensation

Pay range is $180–$400/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
