What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote HR & Administration Specialist Talent Network contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Experience in HR, talent acquisition, or payroll
Background in HR policy and compliance
Comfortable with remote, independent contract work
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

Pay range is $60–$80/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
