What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote HR Expert contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

5+ years as HR leader or CPO
Experience at large company or top HR consultancy
Direct ownership of talent, ER, or compensation programs
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or international HR credential
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS and compliance standards

Compensation

Pay range is $70–$80/hr depending on experience and demonstrated skill. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
