What you'll do

Gridnaut Recruiting is hiring a remote Human Resources Expert, German (Germany) contractor to support a leading AI lab. You will contribute domain expertise to model training, evaluation, and structured task review. Work is fully remote, hourly, and flexible.

Who we're looking for

Experience in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent)
Native or fluent in German
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany
Knowledge of German labor law, works councils (BetrVG), Tarifverträge and German payroll and social insurance

Compensation

Pay is $65/hr. Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.

Commitment

Flexible part-time hours, fully remote. Hourly contractor engagement.
